For the First Time, I’m Revealing My Unique, Scientifically Proven Method for Crushing the Golf Ball Further with Less Effort & Without Hurting Yourself!
I’ll let you in on a secret…you’ve been lied to. The “gurus” and “swing coaches” have told you for years that adding 20, 30, or even 40+ yards to your drives just “isn’t that easy.”
How much better would your golf game (heck, even your entire life) improve if you were routinely driving the ball 30-40 yards further than you do right now?
What if, in just 56 days, you were consistently hitting it almost half of a football field longer off of the tee without giving up any accuracy whatsoever?
Believe me… I know it does. If I hadn’t experienced these results for myself (and seen many others experience the same…as you’ll see in the videos below), I’d probably be calling B.S. right now too.
But before we go any further, let me tell you a little more about myself, and how I discovered this unique method that has already helped hundreds of golfers routinely smash drives well past their playing partners every time they tee it up.
My name is Alex Gairdner, and unlike a lot of instruction you’ve probably come across online from self-proclaimed “swing gurus,” I’m just a normal guy.
I love the game, but I work full-time and have a family to provide for, so I don’t have the luxury of slaving away for hours everyday on the range… working on my game.
I only get to play 1-2 times per month (depending on what my wife & kids have going on), and when I do, nothing feels better than catching a drive right in the middle and busting it right down the center with a baby draw.
Even though I’m a healthy 37 year old guy, I typically only hit my driver around 230 yards on average.
That doesn’t sound too bad until I realized the guys on the PGA tour are routinely hitting it 60-80 yards further than that… which left me wondering “what is their secret?”
So I began researching vigorously, and came to the conclusion that there are only 3 scientifically proven ways to hit the ball further…
1. Change your swing (which requires a ton of practice and commitment… I don’t have the time) 2. Get custom-fitted clubs (I couldn’t get over the price tag on this option… ouch!) 3. Increase clubhead speed (ding ding!!! winner!)
I didn’t have hours upon hours to pour into intense practice sessions, and I certainly didn’t have a pile of money sitting in the bank to go out and buy custom-fit equipment (because you know…kids need diapers and food more than I need new golf clubs).
So I set out to learn everything I could about improving my clubhead speed, and came across an interesting fact:
For every 1 mph of clubhead speed you gain you get 2.2. yards in extra distance. Here’s a graph of swing speed stats that clearly shows the faster you swing the further the ball goes.
After I discovered the correlation between increasing swing speed and hitting the ball further, the next step was pretty obvious:
Since I wanted to add 40 yards to my drives, I needed to learn how to swing the club about 19 mph faster.
You see, I was already a fit, athletic guy who averaged about 90 mph clubhead speed with my driver, which resulted in hitting it around 230 off of the tee.
However, when I began researching how to increase my swing speed, nearly all of the information I found focused on exercises to improve strength and flexibility… which were the same exercises I was already doing!
You would think that a comprehensive, scientifically proven step-by-step program to increase swing speed would already exist… but it didn’t.
At that point I thought to myself “well, I’ve already done hours upon hours of research on this, I might as well put a program together.”
And I have a second degree in physiotherapy and I am a full time physiotherapist. Here’s the letters after my name…. BSc(Hons) Physio, Acup. ACP, BSc(Hons) SpSc… if you care about that stuff.
I’m not telling you this to try and impress you… far from it. Just letting you know there is a possibility that I know what I’m talking about 🙂
Anyways, as a physiotherapist I work with people from all walks of life… from ordinary folks to elite athletes, sharing with them strategies for how they can improve their bodies and move better.
I realized that if I applied this same concept to the golf swing, I could come up with a swing method that would put less stress on my body and help me hit the ball much further.
I used my extensive knowledge of biomechanics to create a step-by-step program to methodically increase my swing speed over a period of 8 weeks (56 days).
In order to get the right baseline to test my methods, I thought it would be best to record a series of swings before I started the program, which you can view below:
That’s a 20.2 mph increase in clubhead speed, which translates into a whopping 44.3+ yards increase… in just 56 days!
What if instead of laying up on par 5s, you were routinely putting or chipping for eagle? What if you were hitting short irons or wedges (your scoring clubs) into par 4s instead of long irons?
You see, hitting the ball further isn’t just about being more… Read more…
