First – Up to 1/2 the muscles involved in sprinting and other sports activities are ignored or remain under-trained in most all athletes of any age or fitness level.
Second – The training you are currently doing is not developing your muscles for speed and could be making you slower. Do not confuse Strength training with Speed training. Muscle Strength and Muscle Speed are not the same and they must be trained separately and differently!
Used the way we teach you, the unique elastic properties of the band will isolate and train every muscle, in new and different ways, so they contract with more speed.
Apply isometrics with the resistance band to your muscles and joint movements, and you will quickly and safely feel lighter and faster and dramatically improve in your sport!
